QotD: It's A Small World

Tell us a true story that proves it really is a small world after all.

well, this did not happen to me, but i heard it from a friend........(does that count??)

anyway, the story goes like this: a 10th grade teacher had a student that wanted to show him something one day before class started. it was a picture of the boy on the beach when he was in 3rd grade. he and his family had been flipping through old pictures when they came across this one of the family smiling on the beach. in the background, just passing by, was the boy's teacher! this was just random. they did not currently live near the beach, nor did they ever. both happened to be on vacation at the same time. 7 years later, the once 3rd grader gets a 10 grade teacher, gets to know him, and then notices that the random passer-by was his teacher. make sense?

this story, although not mine, make me realize it is a small world.
